Planning
About 3 hours:
- Plan small groups for each class.
- Make a list of stressors for the Panic
Button activity. - Get materials like poster board, paper and markers for "Top Ten".
- Collect 30 local telephone books.
Implementation

- Faculty support/presence for supervision or actual participation during stress clinic.
